House Rules – Apartment Monte Cara

We kindly ask guests to respect the apartment, the building and the neighbourhood. Apartment Monte Cara is located in a quiet residential area, and these rules help ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Guests

• Maximum occupancy: 4 adults
• One additional child up to 12 years old is allowed upon request
• Please inform us in advance if you are travelling with a child, so we can prepare a baby bed if needed

Quiet hours

• Quiet hours apply between 22:00 and 08:00
• Please keep noise levels low during these hours, especially on balconies and near open windows

Smoking

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment
• This includes cigarettes, vapes and e-cigarettes

Parties & events

• Parties, events or gatherings are not allowed
• The apartment is intended for quiet, respectful stays only

Pets

• Pets are not allowed
• Certified assistance animals are welcome, in line with Airbnb policy

Photography & filming

• Commercial photography or filming is not permitted without prior approval

Check-in & check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00 (flexible upon request)
• Check-out: by 10:00

General

• Please treat the apartment and its contents with care
• Any damage or issues should be reported as soon as possible
• We reserve the right to end the stay if house rules are not respected
